I met Dallas via Snowest Forum when I
posted a question asking for members to list custom snowmobile builders,
as I was looking to have a Mod-sled built. Dallas responded, stating
that he was new in the business and could build what I wanted for a
reasonable price.
Dallas and I spoke through E-mail for a
few months and eventually arranged for the exchange of my '03 1M 900.
Dallas began the transformation of my sled
into Blue Light. During the process he kept me continually informed by
E-mailing photos, etc. Dallas also helped offset the cost a great deal
by moving several of my, unneeded, stock parts.
Dallas delivered Blue Light as promised
and for the price we agreed upon. The result of his work was dramatic.
Where ever I go my sled is almost always the focus of attention, both
for its performance and looks. I couldn't imagine a better experience.
Dallas went above and beyond what I expect in service and quality from
anyone.
Dallas and I have stayed in contact
because we've become friends and, he, to this day, fields my questions
and is always willing to help with anything he can.
I would encourage anyone to do business
with Dallas because he simply does excellent work at a very reasonable
price. Additionally, he does what he says at the time he says he'll do
it. Honesty is a foremost quality with Dallas. Needless to say,
I'll come back to Arrowhead Customs for my future performance snowmobile
needs.
I would be happy to answer any questions
anyone may have concerning my experience with Arrowhead Customs and my
friend, Dallas Ostrom.

******* Dallas built me a custom 1150 cpc cat in late 2004. The fit and finish was excellent. The attention to detail and quality was second to none. His pricing is also very reasonable. I really enjoy riding this sled. It is a fun reliable machine. I would have him build me or modify another sled for me any day. Tyler
Seibert ******* Being from the same city as Dallas, it was logical for me to talk to him about the modification of my existing sled. In the spring of 2004 I handed my 2003 800 RMK over to him to complete some minor modifications. The end result was the The Blue Flame, which I have been extremely happy with. The creativity and detail in the sled is excellent and I could not be happier with the overall appearance. Pictures do not do justice to how the pearl blue flames look in the sunshine on the mountain. The performance has also been improved with Arrowheads tunnel and the addition of the many lightweight parts, not to mention the price difference from other Western Canadian specialty builders. Overall an excellent job. I am already thinking about what is up next that Arrowhead can help me create.

I met
Dallas thru Snowest where I originally purchased some big wheels from
him. As time went on I would e-mail him about possibly doing some work
with my sled. January 2005 I was getting more serious about
modifications and was
e-mailing
Dallas more frequently about ideas and suggestions. In the spring
Dallas and I decided on the work to be done and arranged for him to take
my sled!
Dallas
was excellent to deal with during the whole process. He arranged to
have someone pickup my sled and bring it to him in Saskatoon, as well he
also personally delivered it to me when he was done! During the
modifications Dallas also helped with the costs by selling my old parts
as well....definitely something you won't get with somebody else!
My
project consisted of tearing down my entire sled to transform it from
red to black and adding an Arrowhead Customs tunnel. During the project
Dallas would keep me informed by pictures, e-mails and phone calls.
Service was outstanding and his work is exceptional. If you're thinking
of modifying your ride you won't be disappointed with Arrowhead Customs!
